Our showroom is spacious to provide an unparalleled showcase of design styles and selection of fireplace brands. Fortunately, our space also affords you with a comfortable physical distancing area while still maintaining our warm, boutique atmosphere. We are employing a strict cleaning regimen to ensure that all surfaces are disinfected and safe from family-to-family, visit-to-visit.

If at all possible, kindly contact us before arriving at the showroom. For your convenience, you can contact us by phone, e-mail or web form. Your assistance in pre-booking a personalized showroom appointment will avoid congestion and anxiety for others and contribute to everyone’s safety. In this way, we will also be able to make the most out of our time together. We can begin working together meaningfully, consulting on your project vision, by guiding you through our showroom options and answering all of your questions along the way.

We understand that our current circumstances may not make it convenient or even possible for you to visit our showroom. Therefore, in our efforts to provide a comfortable, no-pressure, experience for all our customers, we will gladly accommodate specialized arrangements. We can schedule after-hours, private showroom visits or in-home consultations. As before, safety is paramount so we will discuss protocols with you for any extended or in-home visits when scheduling.
